La Cote de Boeuf

What a great experience. Every dish was a &lsquo;wow&rsquo;. Nothing was boring here. Every bite was yummy from the appetizers to the desserts. It&rsquo;s better and more affordable than some of the Michelin restaurants I went to. Truly a great meal.

The restaurant is located in an old fortress next to an old 10th century church. It was a pleasant surprise all around - food, service, and ambiance! As pescatarians, it is hard to find non-meat options in France, but the owner graciously offered to combine several vegetable sides into a wonderful plate!! And then provided us with wonderful recommendations for wine tasting at nearby vineyards! He personalized our experience and made us feel at home!
